If you’ve read here at all before, you’ve likely seen a post or two about open source fonts, including Google Web Fonts.
You may also know that Google hosts these fonts for easy use in your web designs, but they also make them available for download if you’d like to use them in mock-ups, wire frames or print designs.
Downloading the fonts wasn’t much of a task when the directory was still fairly small, but now that these fonts have gained popularity, their numbers are growing.
Enter Joe Maller. Not necessarily a complex task, but a time intensive one, Joe has downloaded all of the current Google web fonts and made them available for download in one handy tarball.
Now you can just download, install, and enjoy.
